Welcome to umwPremed.org, the website of the University of Mary Washington's Premedical & Predental Programs.  This site serves as the one location where UMW premedical and predental students can find current information about the program.

Interested in joining the Premedical / Predental Program?  If you are a current degree-seeking UMW student and would like to join the premed / predent program, you must register with the program by creating an account with this site.  Only students registered with this site are formally recognized as UMW premedical or predental students.  Registered students will receive important announcements from UMW's premedical advisor via e-mail, and when logged in, registered students will have access to detailed program information.

Incoming students who are interested in medicine or dentistry as a career and want to join the program should click here for special orientation and course registration information.

Appointments with the Premedical / Predental Advisor are available. Throughout the Spring 2012 semester (January - May 2012), appointments with Professor Gallik are limited to Thursdays from 1:00 - 2:30 PM. Incoming students, prospective students & parents planning to visit the UMW Fredericksburg Campus and wanting to schedule an appointment with the Premedical Advisor should e-mail Professor Gallik in advance to schedule an appointment.
